GENERAL QUESTIONS
HappieWatch uses premium international delivery. The estimated shipping time will be 3-15 days. The tracking number will provide you with an accurate estimated dellivery date.
Al HappieWatches purchased through official channels enjoy the12-month warranty. including non-man made cause and non physical damage man-made and physical damage is not covered by the warranty. You will need lo pay for the repair. but we are happy to ofter you a discount price.
Each piece of HappieWatch has passed the 3ATM atmospheric pressure waterproof test and can withstand splashes or brlet immersion in water (such as rain, washing hands, etc.). Please don't wear it for swimming or bathing, because water may enter into the movement and cause irreparable physical damage.
The battery type of HappieWatch is a premium sony battery. which should be available in most watch service centers.Therefore, if there is any battery issue, you could go to a local watch specialist to have the battery replaced. Or you can send it back to us for replacement, and we will provide you battery replacing service for free, but you might be charged for the shipping fee.
if you would like to return an item please initiate the return on www.happlewatch.com within 7 days after receiving the package and make sure the product is unused and in good condition. Please contact our customer service for more detailed information.
Each combination of watches and straps comes as a set and the match of them is fixed. Yet all variances of straps perfectly fit our watches. if you have any preferred style, you might have to purchase it separately.

You may contact customer service within 10 days from the date you have received the package for a refund or a reshipment. The reshipment takes 1-3 business days to process the order. Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
