If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an eligible voluntary return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition. Original accessories and packaging should be included.

Voluntary returns for refund

For a non-defective or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a trackable mail or courier service. No restocking fee currently applies.

After we receive and successfully inspect the returned item, we will initiate the remaining eligible refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Voluntary exchanges

An eligible voluntary exchange may be requested within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fee applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the actual shipping cost of the replacement item.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

No restocking fee applies to a verified defective product, an incorrect item, shipping damage caused before delivery, or another case where HappieWatch is responsible. In these cases, HappieWatch will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs. Contact us before sending the item; we do not promise that a prepaid return label is available in every country.

Arrival problems

Visible shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items or an obvious arrival defect should preferably be reported within 24 hours with clear photos or video. This preferred reporting period does not terminate or limit the 12-month commercial warranty for manufacturing defects.

This voluntary return and exchange policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
